At Zouys, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the guarantees and protection we provide our customers.

Product Warranty

All products sold on our site are covered by a standard 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery for the original purchaser only.

Accidental Damage Coverage

In addition to the standard warranty, many of our items include optional 2-year accidental damage protection for a small surcharge. This covers cracks, liquid spills, and other accidental mishaps.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs. It is also invalidated if the original tags or stickers have been removed.

Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact our Support Team within the coverage period with:

– Proof of purchase including order number
– Description of the issue
– Photos clearly showing defect (if applicable)

We will then instruct you on next steps for repair, replacement or refund. Shipping costs are covered by Zouys for approved warranty claims.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
