Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placement by contacting our Support Team. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date. You will continue to receive shipments and have access until the end of your current billing period.

Pre-Orders
For pre-orders of items not yet in stock, you have 7 days from placement to cancel for a full refund. After this date, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Products
Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production begins as these items cannot be resold.

Cancellation Process
To cancel, please contact our Support Team via phone or email and provide your order number. We will process the refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions
In the event of product unavailability or failure to meet advertised specifications, we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund. You also have the right to cancel if we do not ship within the promised timeframe.

Refunds
Canceling an order entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price without any restocking or cancellation fees applied. Refunds will not include original shipping costs for items that have already shipped.
